AI for the Rožnov pod Radhoštěm town office
Together with the office staff, we went through individual departments and identified where AI saves time, from meeting summaries to tracking grant calls.
Workshops with management and departments (finance, investment, legal, education, administration) produced a list of concrete AI use cases ranked by benefit and risk.
Quick wins include meeting summaries, price analysis from the contract register, grant tracking and automated drafting of recurring contracts, with emphasis on data protection and processing data within the EU.
